Shipping Bros founders Jesse and Landen started off as online sellers who utilized a large 3PL. They experienced a lot of difficulties with their 3PL's customer service and ultimately decided to begin conducting their own operation themselves. They eventually began marketing their services, offering B2B and DTC services for other businesses. They used a simple success formula - provide good old-fashioned customer service to your customers and they will grow with you. Along with this fundamental, our team stays on top of new technology and cost-effective fulfillment methods for our customers.
Our family business is located in the safe, suburban community of Thousand Oaks, California (about 1 hour North of the Long Beach port). We also just opened a second Central-US location in Bentonville, Arkansas.

-We are immediately available during all business hours via Slack, phone, and email. We do not outsource our services, and we respond right away. We work closely with our customers to ensure their operation is running as smoothly as possible. As a result of these fundamentals, we have 5-star reviews on Google. We're so confident in our service level that we do not lock our customers into any binding contracts. They are free to switch 3PL's any time, but they stay because we are proactive and highly accurate. We're happy to provide customer referrals as well.
-We utilize ShipHero's WMS, some of the best warehouse management software that is available. It connects to virtually any storefront, allowing our customers to edit orders, view real-time inventory levels, generate return labels, and run a huge array of reports.
-We offer flexible standard operating procedures for our customers. We're not a massive 3PL, which allows us to easily accommodate unique customer requests. We can reach your goods right away!
-We have a competent, smart, and proactive account management team that is well-versed in all aspects of our customers' shipping needs.
