Shipping Bros founders Jesse and Landen started off as online sellers who utilized a large 3PL. They experienced a lot of difficulties with their 3PL's customer service and ultimately decided to begin conducting their own operation themselves. Our family business is located in the safe, suburban community of Thousand Oaks, California (about 1 hour North of the Long Beach port). We also just opened a second Central-US location in Bentonville, Arkansas.
